GOOGLE and SONY ARE LOOTING FROM THE INTERNET

Google and other multi national corporations are illegally profiting from my work! They use ridiculous false claims as an excuse to not allow me to advertise on my own videos, Google then places its own ads on my work and share the profit out with other huge multi national corporations, corporations like Sony as Sony claim they own PUBLIC DOMAIN songs that were written in the 18th century!

Google are forcing me and my four children to live in poverty on benefits when they are making tens of thousands of pounds on my videos.

Google have been advertising on my videos for over three years in that time I have received over 15 million views on my main channel, they believe they owe me $108 that means Google pay me $0.0000058 per view despite their ads paying them as much as $1.50 per ad! 

If I made videos of people falling over or talked shit about talent-less celebs, I would have been paid by now. I bet Google pay Pat Condell, Info wars, Mark Dice and other so called truthers and free thinkers, so why not me? Is it because I am not backed or signed by to a sickening greedy multinational corporation? Do Google believe I promote hate, fear and lies? Are Google trying to protect war criminals, corrupt governments and powerful hierarchies? Or do Google just disagree? 

I do not care for the money and at least people can't say "I only do it for money." but that money belongs to my children, not Google, Sony or anybody else.

Below are some ridiculous, illegal and false claims put in on my videos by lying, greedy corporations, they are looting from the internet. 

GOOGLE CONTINUE TO REFUSE TO PAY ME WHAT THEY OWE. .

15 Million views pays me a lame and pathetic $87, Yet 10000 views pays me $40!!! If YouTube were to pay me that rate for all my views (after all the videos on my YouTube channel are made by me) YouTube would be paying me about $60000. But the fact that my videos sometimes contain music that is NOT public domain, YouTube do not allow me to make ANY profit from the videos!

But claiming on modern music is NOT enough for corporations as greedy and disgusting as Sony, as Sony seem to think they own music that was written by people that died hundreds of years ago, because of this greed, Google are not allowing me to make any profit from my latest YouTube video. This video taken me over six months to make and I choose music from the public domain.

I made this video because I have serious issues with the way Facebook and Youtube/Google do business. Youtube owe me for 14 million video views most of which they have placed their bullshit ads on, with no permission from me and none of the profit paid my way instead they pay BBC, Sony and News corporation for my video views due to false copyright claims, whats more Youtube are nearly impossible to contact over the internet, instead I have to write them a letter. 

Facebook do not only not count my likes anymore they have also stopped my posts from spreading and even remove my fans, I am also aware of other pages having the same problem. 

Fuck FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, VEVO AND GOOGLE.

PAY PAL LOCK MY ACCOUNT OVER 1 PENCE!

In July I started a online shop selling my videos as downloads, I started this shop because I am fed up with Youtube removing my videos, advertising on them and not paying me a penny and blocking them in certain countries, even though the public domain and fair use laws mean that Youtube have no legal right to remove the videos, nor any other vulture like corporation like Sony or BBC have right to profit fro them, but the fact they are breaking or at least bending the law does not stop them from claiming rights and therefore profiting from the adverts shown on my Youtube videos.

Upon setting up the download, I have to give the new shop m Paypal details in order to receive payments, so I do and the shop is set up. A few weeks I logged in to the account to see how my sales are doing, to my surprise I have not sold one download, disappointing, my products have thousands of views but NO SALES. I log out and share the shop on Facebook, Youtube and other sources.

The other day I receive an email telling me that they were not allowed to by the downloads, he informs me that the download simply goes on  to a blank screen, I log in to the shop and once again thousands of views NO SALES! I contacted Sellfy, "the company I sell downloads through" and they inform me my Paypal is not working.

I try to log in to my Paypal, I can not get in. I contact Paypal helpline, They inform me that is has been down since 7th July! I ask why and to my amazement it was because my account was 0.01 pence overdrawn! I transfer the money from my bank to Paypal, end of problem you would think not for me, Paypal inform me that my account will be on in four hours, its was 10.00 so I wait until 14.00 still can not log in, I phone them again they then tell me it will definitely be on by 18.00, so again I wait until 19.30 and try to log in and still no good, I try again at 23.00 and still can not get in, I can not phone them as the lines close at 17.30 so I will have to wait.

Despite the fact that Paypal have been losing me sales/money for months, they still have not fixed the problem, I am signing on looking for a job, with just about enough money to feed and house four children when Paypal literally stop me from selling my product and according to them all because I owe them a penny!

I make money for billionaire CORPORATIONS and not for my family!

Did you know that every time someone watches my youtube videos huge multinational corporations get paid, and I do not, why? because huge billionaire, multinational and greedy corporations like Sony, use false copyright claims on public domain material, like classical music that is hundreds of years old, after making the copyright claim Sony and Google are then allowed to advertise on the video and cash in from videos they have not legal right to! Youtube advertise on nearly all of my feature length videos despite the fact they have no permission from me, if I use modern day copyright protected music that they own the rights to they have every legal right to do this, but Sony are not happy with having nearly complete control of modern day music, Sony are so greedy they want money from songs written in the 18th and 19th centuries.

My answer to this was try uploading on different websites videoweed, videobb and blip TV all owed me royalties Blip TV (owned by huge multinational corporations  Canaan Partners and Bain Capital Ventures) owe me over £500 but they all removed my videos, closed my accounts and refused to pay! Youtube refuse to let me upload videos over 15 minutes for 2 years, then a few weeks ago they suddenly change their minds and enable my account to upload long videos, only to change their minds again a couple of months later.

Fair use is another law these greedy corporations completely ignore, e.g if I use a clip from CNN, Walt Disney or BBC to explain my criticism of them, that does NOT allow them to claim ownership or even part ownership of my video, but these corporations are thirsty for money like a crack head is thirsty for crack and the corporations simply put in false copyright claims and because of these false copyright claims they cash in from videos that are in some cases criticizing them!

Youtube █████ ███ █ is █████████ █ ██████ ███ a brilliant ████ ███ ██████ ███ website █████ ████ and  ████ ███ ██████ Youtube █████ ████ believes in █████ █ ████ ███ freedom of speech. ███ Youtube!

Sony and Google are like Vultures.

Recently I have made a new video called There were giants on the Earth in those days, for this video I used the music The Grande Messe des morts, Op. 5 (or Requiem) by Hector Berlioz it was composed in 1837 making it PUBLIC DOMAIN music meaning multinational parasites like Sony DO NOT OWN the music, that will not stop Sony from trying to claim rights to the music forcing my video to be blocked in certain countries. They do this for multiple reasons, reasons like they can claim advertising money made by video views that the video may get, Sony and Youtube make the profit from the adverts that are now taking over youtube and the video maker does not make  SHIT! 

Sony own and control over 80 record labels, they control nearly all modern day music and many different aspects of the entertainment industry but this is not enough for them. Sony insist on making profits on youtube when they have no legal right to do so and from other people work. The greed of these huge multinational corporations is killing the internet, because of this greed people viewing videos on youtube are now being forced to sit through adverts on nearly every video added and usually the video makers are paid nothing as these parasites claim the rights and google do not question them, they simply remove the videos. 

Sony are not the only company to do this, I have also had videos removed due to false copyright claims by the BBC, News Corporation and Hearst Corporation, these companies either do not fully understand copyright laws like fair use and public domain laws or they simply choose not to follow these laws and cash in on videos that they have not legal right to, knowing that most people would not understand the laws and would not question the copyright claims made these by greedy Vultures.
